City of Highland Location in San Bernardino County and the state of California Location in San Bernardino County and the state of California County San Bernardino Highland is a town/city in San Bernardino County, California, United States.
The term Highland also refers to a geographical region of the town/city of San Bernardino (generally east of Del Rosa Avenue to the easterly town/city limits), and parts of unincorporated San Bernardino County.
According to the United States Enumeration Bureau, the town/city has a total region of 18.9 square miles (48.9 km ).
The 2010 United States Enumeration reported that Highland had a populace of 53,104.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department provides contracted police services to the town/city of Highland from their county-wide station positioned at 26985 Base Line Road.
